erm...nk kate bz sgt tu xla...tp maybe sbb last week menderita sakit gigi kot...huhu...akhirnya setelah berpatah arang berkerat rotan(pergh...cm la susah sgt..), gigiku pon berjaya dicabut...sakit ms cabut tu xla..tp gusi luka tu pedih jugakla...mc le sehari..

hr2 bsa xde mslh sgt...cuma busy dengan keja jela...i can bear with all those P&P or T&L sessions...tp keja2 pengkeranian sangatla membebankan. Mcm2 jenis fail nak kena sedia...Panitia la..Hem la...KSSR la..damn!!letih...

Pastu plak bhadapan dengan workshop English...by the Native Speaker from Australia..Mr .Francois Yves Marcel Dagnee..nak menyebut namanye saje dah stress...hahahatp apakan daya..
.saya yang menurut perintah.

okla...nak share sket ape yang diberi oleh our beloved uncle Francois last week..it is about Phonic...
For those who teach English for Year 1 KSSR dis year msti tau ape itu phonic kan???? Seronok
mengajar phonic kalau kita tau semua psl phonic...tapi kalau blank...arghhh!!! tension!!

Ni antara words from Mr Francois...

"Phonics is primarily concerned with Early Literacy and was developed for Native speakers of a language. This was discussed in the first workshop.

We have also established that by comparing Bahasa Malaysia and English Phonemic charts we can reduce the number of phonemes that we need to teach.

We are English Language Teachers, not Literacy Teachers, this is the work of first language teachers.

This approach leads us to consult the National Syllabus/textbooks and we can now safely base a reading/writing programme on this approach. But can we?"

"What does this all mean? And this the result of one so-called ”team teaching event”?

The indication is that some children are simply not ready to tackle the demands of the syllabus, they need more time to develop early writing skills and that would be in their first language, secondly, English teachers have inherited a situation whereby they have to teach elements of a foreign language and have to cope with literacy issues. The more normal situation for English teachers is to rely on Transfer of literacy skills from native or first language. This suggest strongly that maybe English and first language teachers should get together.

Oh oh! I can hear snoring from the back of the computer so I’ll stop now.

Next, we will be looking at Lexical development and there may be elements there to help develop a consistent approach as it relies on visual memory rather than single sounds."

There!! Susah nak paham kan..tp belajar sket2 la...mase kt kursus MBI dl banyak dah belajar...seronok kalau dh expert..:))

Okla...untuk sesape yang nak lebih clear ape itu Phonic...meh tgk video kaedah ni....
